Youth Camp

SPEAKER BIO

Dr. Rev. Danny Pyon Danny Pyon began ministry at the age of 14 and has served for more than 30 years as a pastor, missionary, educator, consultant, entrepreneur, and transformational leader. Throughout his ministry, he has served local churches and communities, led nonprofit organizations and businesses, and consulted with a wide range of institutions including churches, educational boards, corporations, law enforcement agencies, universities, and departments of child and family services. His areas of expertise include community and organizational transformation, cultural exegesis and engagement, leadership development, and Kingdom-centered innovation. While his work spans multiple sectors, one of Danny’s greatest passions has always been investing in the next generation and helping young people discover their God-given calling and purpose.
Danny is a full-time retreat and conference speaker who regularly ministers to churches, ministry leaders, business professionals, nonprofit organizations, and youth audiences throughout the United States and internationally. Known for his ability to connect with both students and adults, he brings biblical truth to life in a way that is both intellectually engaging and deeply practical. He is also a trusted consultant to churches, ministry leaders, and organizations seeking strategic guidance in leadership development, cultural engagement, vision casting, and organizational transformation.
In addition to his speaking and consulting work, Danny has served as a radio and television personality, reaching more than one million listeners and viewers through his insights on youth, culture, leadership, and faith. His understanding of emerging generations and youth culture has made him a sought-after voice among parents, educators, youth workers, and church leaders. He is also an adjunct professor specializing in community transformation and transformational leadership.
Currently, Danny is pioneering a movement of business planters who are reimagining the relationship between business and ministry through what he calls “Businesstry,” the integration of business and ministry through Kingdom economics and redemptive enterprise. He also coaches high-net-worth individuals and families, professional athletes, entertainers, and business leaders as they seek to integrate faith, purpose, leadership, and influence.
Danny is a highly sought-after speaker known for his fresh perspective on the Gospel, his ability to connect biblical truth with everyday life, and his unique gift for helping people see how the Kingdom of God transforms every sphere of society. Whether speaking to students at a youth retreat, pastors at a leadership conference, or entrepreneurs in the marketplace, Danny’s passion is to inspire people to live out their faith with conviction, purpose, and Kingdom impact.
Danny holds a B.A. from Brandeis University, where he triple majored in Afro and African American Studies, History, and Sociology. He earned both his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry in Urban Mission from Westminster Theological Seminary.
